Windows Office pro 2007
I have tried to install KB977724 update. The system comes back and says that the install failed. Since attempting to load it, I cannnot open MSAccess. When I call for it, I just get a Windows installer window that says “Preparing to install…” It goes away after a minute or two and Access never opens.
Tried to open Access just now and I just got a message headed, “Problem with Shortcut” This patch package could not be opened.” “verify that the patch package exists and the can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that is a valid Windows Installer patch package.
